Carina started Green Barn Bakery out of her home kitchen in 2019. She combines her background in Chemistry with a binder full of from-scratch family recipes to recreate the food she grew up with. Her husband, Scott, handles design for the business and the coveted role of Taste Tester. They live with their two dogs in Locust Grove, Virginia.

We are a home-based business, but we bake in a dedicated, state-inspected kitchen on our property. We keep it clean and tidy; no dogs allowed!

Allergens and Food Safety
Our products our clearly marked with the ingredients we use. We take food safety seriously, and while we do our very best to prevent cross contamination of food allergens, all of our food is prepared using the same equipment and materials. So if you have a sensitive food allergy, it will be best to avoid our treats (sorry!)

Are you looking for something particular that isn't listed on our menu? Chances are, we have a recipe for it. We do accept custom orders and requests, depending on our availability. The more advanced notice the better! Contact us and let us know what you're craving!
Gluten-free Options
We offer many gluten-free variations of our items and you can view all of them here. However, we don't often supply them to our vendors or at our events. If you're looking for something gluten free, be sure to contact us before making the trip.
